The way you are able to enter and exit parking lot. The way the bus operator stops you at your vehicle with the little green ticket. Didn't take long for the bus to pick us up going or coming back.
What was originally a nightmare, because I had gotten on the wrong bus – I had gotten on the lazy fly instead of park and fly. The experience with lazy fly was awful, unjustified, rudeness from the driver, etc. However, the gentleman that picked me up at the airport after I had received a phone call because my car was still in the lot from I believe the dispatcher or receptionist name was Kelly? I’ll go back and try to remember her name. She was super nice, kind, friendly concerned, and just a downright good employee! She may well certain that someone would be back at the airport to pick me up when the I got back from getting on the wrong bus. I know this is long winded, however, the circumstances needed to be just explained a little bit – when I arrived back at the airport to get on the correct bus of park and fly , a waiting for me was the kindest, most sincere, polite, and just an all-around good human being. I believe his last name was Paul Wheway later found out was a judicial marshal. And have worked with troubled kids in the past and is now working with troubled adults. When I first went on the bus, he had asked me if the other driver was rude to which I replied yes – he apologized immensely for him, the rude driver and continue to state that people should just be kind and be appreciative of their jobs. I want you to know that I would love for the both of them to get Citations of just being all around wonderful human beings, who are in the right job of hospitality! Both of these employees of yours are stellar, kind, concerned, compassionate, and you should be very proud to have them on your team. I will always use park and fly and recommend your company highly to anyone. I come in contact with please if you can extend my gratitude, grace, and sincere, thanks to both of those employees!
