On June 7 and 14, 2023, I used Park and Fly + the driver was courteous, friendly and professional. He assisted me on and off as I have difficulty with steps. When I got to gate to leave, I had some trouble with the scanner, the attendant was VERY helpful. Thank you for offering this service.

Our car is waiting when we arrive. The response time is fine. I would like my car to be washed or hosed down before it is brought up. It was filthy on the outside like it was stored at a construction site.
