Our driver Thursday night, I believe bus 1098?, was fantastic. She was so helpful and very kind, made coming home from vacation a little easier and got us back to our car quickly. Great service from this individual. We have been using Park n Fly for years and she was our best driver by far!!

Staff is very friendly, and they even welcomed us back home when we got on the bus at the airport. Nigel was extremely friendly and welcoming and I appreciated him going the extra mile. He insisted on getting my bags up and down the stairs for me so that I would not have to worry about them. He obviously cares about the customer's personal well-being and showed that he loved his job. Great job, Nigel.
