I want to put a special shout-out to an outstanding employee who went the extra mile for us. Our driver, Jessie, picked us up on July 2 during a torrential rain storm and assisted us in loading our luggage. Half way to the airport, my wife realized she had forgotten her purse. Jessie drove to the airport and unloaded another couple. He then drove past the pickup location and noticed another shuttle picking up, so he drove us quickly back to our parked car, where we retrieved the purse. Jessie then promptly drove us back to the airport with plenty of time to spare. His patience and dedication to duty for us was exemplary, and he is one of the main reasons we will use Park & Fly in the future.
Everything was flawless. The parking rate was fair and I didn’t have to wait for the shuttle bus. No complaints.

It was easy to find a spot and the bus was already waiting for us.
But what pleased me the most was the employees at PNF. My son left his air buds in the bus one day. When we came back 10 days later, the bus driver had found them and put them in lost n found. Ms Lilly went above and beyond looking everywhere for them. Made a couple of phone calls and was so committed to find them. Finally, we got them and my son was happy.
Bus drivers were friendly and attentive, they did not rush us (a big plus for me), the buses were clean and they drove carefully. And we only waited 5-7 mins for the bus to pick us up from terminal upon arrival (we got there when 2 buses were just leaving). Even though the price was a little high for what I wanted to pay, the employees at PNF were worth every penny.
We’ll recommend PNF and we’ll be back.
