Easy

This is the first time we used Park’N Fly and we had great experience. The whole process went smooth - booking, parking, drop off and pick up from/to airport. We hardly waited 5 minutes for shuttle to pick us from right from parking location and dropped us off at the gate. There was no need to remember the parking spot either as the driver wrote it down on a note and gave it us. We texted DFW to the phone number after picking up from luggage and mentioned the terminal and the shuttle was there in just few minutes at the pickup location. Thank you Park’N Fly for the great service. We definitely would use services for next trip.

The process went smooth for booking and somehow our back seat window was left down 1/4 way and someone taped it for us and prevented the car from being exposed. Thank you

I made a reservation for parking on July 1. This helped as the lot was full when I pulled in. The employees were fairly efficient with taking my car key and getting me onto a bus.

On my return, however, all the employees were perplexed. I texted PNF that I had arrived. i explained to the bus driver that the lot had been full for my departure and PNF had my key. When the driver reached the lot she drove around for awhile before asking where I parked the car. After I explained again that i had left my key, she conferred with several employees and made two round trips to the ticket office before finding my key. Once in my car and trying to exit the cashier at the gate needed my paperwork and was also perplexed that my bar code didn't work (because the employee already used the bar code to let me in when I arrived on July 1). After going back and forth with me the cashier opened the gate to let me out, in silence and while still shuffling my paperwork. I estimate I lost at least 20 minutes upon my return as no one was prepared for a valet customer.
