It was very convenient. I was able to make reservations ahead of time.

I like that customers are picked up right at their cars and returned right to their cars. I like that we are given a card with the parking spot, so we don’t even need to memorize it ir take a picture of it. I like that the van was there when I came out of the terminal, and that I was even reminded to text “ pick me up” when we arrived. I like that the parking is secure because you need to scan going in and out. I like that I could pay ahead and got a discount for doing so. I liked that I didn’t need to worry that there might not be a parking space for me.

I love the shuttle service. You all are right there upon arrival to go to the airport. I especially love the fast pick up at the airport back to the parking facility.

I like that you pick me up at my car when I get there. I like that I can use the app to schedule my drop off and pick up. I love the new part. Where are you text me and I text you back to say, “come and get me.”

NOW, if you can figure out a way for me to put my parking row and space on the app or in a text where I can find it when I come back that’ll be GREAT!!!

I’ve been putting it in the safe place, but I forget where the safe place is when I get back.

I received a credit for one day after requesting one since I had to cut my vacation short due to illness.

It was convenient and cost effective. However the pick up time upon return took over 25 minutes after texting our door and ticket number.

The service was so quick and easy. Pick up to the airport took only literally 2 mins. On arrival from the airport there was no sign where to go and so it took a while. The shuttle bus had to point to where we had to go. But he was very kind and helped us. Check out was also super fast and easy. The cashier lady was super sweet and friendly and offered us water for my family.

Everyone is friendly and efficient. When I requested that my side mirrors not be changed by whoever parks my car, you complied.

Fast and easy.

It was very easy to get in and out of parking lot. As soon as I parked there was a shuttle to pick me up and I loved getting dropped off at my car. This was better than parking at the airport. I will be back.

I appreciated the price and overall experience. However, the system wasn’t working as it should for trip, and just thankful there was a human in the office super late at night to help me resolve.
