Friendly drivers, lots of shuttles and nice parking area. I never have to wait very long in the lot or at the airport. The drivers are friendly. Some love to talk a bit and other are just polite.

The night driver was incredible. I was trying to find my car very late at night with a kid in tow. I did not have a car. He was not only patient, but made sure we arrived safely to our car and helped me understand how I ensure I get a ticket next time. On our last trip, I forgot my phone in my vehicle and when I realized it, we were halfway to the airport. The driver was kind enough to turn around and go back as we were the only passengers at that time. We still made our flight as scheduled.
