My kids really enjoyed going to the classes at Sylvan on site. They thrived on the person-to-person interaction and learning they received. I think the last few COVID months have really exhausted their attention span online. That said, they still enjoyed it, but I have now been presented with a learning opportunity that is less expensive, directed toward their school's curriculum, where I can manipulate the curriculum if I see fit, with homework, etc. with teachers from their school. I could pass it up.

The people as our Muskegon location are friendly and helpful. Their flexibility to meet our unique needs over the years has been wonderful. We will continue to utilize their expertise and programs in the future.
The ability to tutor virtually during these unprecedented times has been extremely helpful for my daughter. Our school has offered her zero instruction during homeschooling for the past 2+ months and I worry about her math skills declining and how that would affect her when she starts school in the fall.

First name removed and Leslie are wonderful. They have done so much to help my kids who have progressed quite a bit over the year they have been there. I always know where my child's strength and weaknesses are as they keep you informed with their progress. The calm atmosphere lends itself well to learning. We plan on using Sylvan for quite a while!

We love that our child has been able to receive tutoring in subjects that have been hard to understand. The additional support you provide has helped to boost our childs confidence and obtain better scores on tests. And grades have improved. The prep class for the SAT was so helpful too!
