Sylvan of Muskegon has been so amazing! Heather is great and has a wonderful group of teachers. We have seen so much improvement in our son. He loves going and his teacher at school likes seeing his growth academically & his continued growth in his confidence. Tyler isn’t afraid of making mistakes or not knowing the answer because Sylvan has taught him it’s ok to not always be right. He likes reading now & his favorite subject is math! It is an investment in our son and his future!
All staff is very understanding, friendly and kind hearted. Program is progressing based on my child’s needs and comfort level. Communication about my daughter’s progress or any questions I may have are always answered quickly.
My granddaughter attends Western High School, and was having trouble understanding the way Algebra 2 was being taught not just her other students were having the same problem,
even the Tutor at the school couldn’t help her.
During the pandemic all these youngsters were home with the lack of their normal in class teacher’s.

Liam has really enjoyed going to Sylvan. I think it is definitely helping him getting back on track after the COVID year all kids experienced.

My Grandson has improved dramatically since he’s started with Sylvan. He’s so eager to go he’s really excited about learning and looks forward to going weekly. If anyone kids is struggling with reading or math I highly recommend you visiting them. I had a son who was in the program years ago and he brought his grades up from a C student to graduating with a 3:76 gpa. His study habits and tools that he was able to implement was due to Sylvan.
