Great tasting boneless chicken and buffalo shrimp!
Front greeting staff was very nonchalant as I entered the establishment. The wings were seasoned wonderfully but a slight bit overcooked
My only thing is I’ve been consistently been coming to east coast wings I’m the past 5 or six times in the past month or so and I notice my rewards points and balance have remain the same no changes. I always log in to order when I go to the website but I notice just yesterday when I ordered through the app it shows just my transaction history from yesterday and June nothing I ordered in July or August I find it strange because I use the same card on file I’m not seeing my rewards change
Good food
East Coast has the most flavors than any other restaurant provides!!!! So many selections I still haven't been able to try them all.

I had a very nice meal from there. I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap lunch combo with tater tots and cheese and a sweet tea. I had a $10 coupon in my account for my birthday so I only had to spend $1.25. Thank you again for the delicious food!

Normally I have a “10 rated” experience however my last visit was on a Monday (wing special), and was charged full price. I didn’t notice it until after I was at home so really couldn’t do anything about it.
Good food. Good price. Great waitress. We love Tina.
Service was slow, not necessarily the server’s fault. She was very nice. Two orders, one had hot sauce, the other medium. Sauces were not great, very strong vinegar flavor in each. I’m not sure what has changed, but we were not fans of the flavor. Fries and tots were great.
The food is tasty, delivered in a timely fashion by a great crew of servers and bartenders.
Great Service
The last couple of times I have ordered wings they were over cooked and tough. Also, when I order takeout, there is never a person up front to give me my order. The Hostess has to walk back to the Kitchen to get someone. Why can't the hostess just hand me my order?

I have been very happy with the wings from ECW thus far. Being from Buffalo, it had me a little concerned that I would not find good wings in NC but ECW has been a lifesaver in that regard. Keep up the good work!!
The amount of tots was disappointing. The burger had congealed in a weird position because there was nothing to hold it upright. The fried pickles were shriveled up and hard to chew. Burger tasted great though!
