Food and ease of ordering
This was our first visit. It WON’T be our last.
The atmosphere was beautiful, inviting, and well-kept. The staff was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They were so patient with us and checked on us throughout our experience. We now have a great spot to dine out as a family.

We LOVE ECW. The best wings around. Salads are always fresh. Love the Buffalo chicken dip, and the burgers are great. Highly recommend.
Not a lot of actual vegetarian entrees. How about some cauliflower wings? Or spinach dip? Service was fine at bar. Food took forever.
Love the friendly atmosphere where I can lunch with my friends for lunch.
The food at lunch is delicious and we love that our drink is included in the price. We really miss the soup choice in the menu especially in cold weather. Please reconsider that decision! Your salads are very good and we always include one either as a side or main dish.

Our server Alicia was outstanding. She engaged with my special needs daughter, showing real interest and not just trying to get away. We regularly go to this location because of Alicia, even though there are closer / other options.
Speed of service and staff could be improved. Not very friendly.

The food is good, the prices are reasonable, and I love the familiar faces of the staff. Some of the staff have been there awhile and I appreciate their kindness and service.
Our waitress said this was her first day? But it didn’t matter. She did a good job and the order had multiple flavors. The order came to us correct. She kept the drinks full.

Service has been off on several trips.
I was literally the first order placed when the restaurant opened at 11:30am. It was a simple order with 2 wraps and fries and 2 drinks. At 12:05 I still didn’t have my takeout order, so I asked the server if he knew how much longer it would be before my food was ready. About 10 minutes later (12:15), he came back to me and told me it would be another 10-15 minutes. I asked him why it was taking so long, and he proceeded to tell me that both of their cooks had shown up late for work that day. Finally at 12:25 (55 minutes after I originally placed my order) he came out with my food and drinks. I will never again come to this location at lunch time. This is the third straight time that I have ordered at lunch and it has taken between 30 to now 55 minutes to get my order. I could have driven to the location on South Main St. in High Point and gotten my food and been back on the north end of town faster than it takes this location to prepare food. This place used to be great years ago. My oh my how it has gone downhill fast. They have lost me as a customer at this location.
I ordered all flats and received a mixture of flats and drums.
