The food and cold beer
The food is always good! Never had a bad experience.
Darius was by far one of the best servers that we had at any restaurant. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and kept a smile on his and OUR faces. He treated us like he had known us for years, even though we were just one of his many tables. It was very appreciated by my wife and I who have spent many years in a customer service base to have such a friendly encounter.
I had a problem and Rob and Amber fixed it with the rewards. I wanna thank them for solving my problem and we will continue to eat there.
We normally go to East Coast in Hickory. Denver has much better service and we found the food to be tastier. Our compliments to the cook and our server.
Too high of a cost for a wings when wholesale prices have gone down in the last couple years. Offer a wings/fries/drinks combo meal instead of a la carte.

I ordered my food online and was given a time to pick up and still had to wait an extra 30 minutes. The staff at the register was so in professional. I had this issue before at this establishment and stayed away from ordering food there for over 9 months. I thought I would give it another try and got disappointed again. I'm not sure if I'll ever come back and I will also let my friends and family know about the poor service. Thanks for allowing me to express my concerns.
Hello,the server was a great person. I forget her name .she was younger girl. Thin, with dark hair, I appreciate younger. People, like her,I wish I could, remember her name.my wife and I will be back soon. FOOD was great. Good food, and great service, is why we are going back again. Thank you.
Wings where good as expected
Service was very slow. They were slammed with to go orders that seemed to take precedence over dine in customers.
My friend and I come there regularly and were very close to taking it off our list due to inconsistent orders and lack of client service. The last 4 or 5 times it is very clear that management changed as well as the servers. It is a huge improvement and we will keep coming!

The food
I ordered 5 lemon pepper wings with a 10 pcs and a side salad. They forget to put the 5 pc of lemon pepper in the bag. I ordered on line. The 10 pc was for my husband luckily they got the salad right. lol
