Make sure takeout orders are correct. I ordered extra carrots, paid for extra carrots but did not get extra carrots. I ordered the lettuce wraps and by the time I got home with my order, the lettuce was wilted and not very appealing. In the past, the lettuce, chicken and sauce were all in separate containers. I also ordered the pretzel pub bites and onions rings were mixed in.
The food, as always, was phenomenal, and the staff we interacted with were both efficient and pleasant. The experience took away the rainy day blues!
The wings were exceptionally good tonight. Very freshly made and very tender. Very friendly employees and a very reasonable bill. We will always return.
The wing sauce was delicious. The fire were seasoned just right. And the food was hot and fresh.

Your customer service is non-existent. I walk in and the girl at the desk doesn’t say a word. She finishes with the person in front of me and just looks at me and points, I tell her my name. She looks at the bags, just says my name to confirm it. I say yes. She hands it to me saying nothing and that’s it.
Lately, we've had good service and our discount points have been accurate. Most of the time, the food is also very good!! Thank you for the recent $5.00 reward added on. That customer appreciation is something that keeps everybody pleased and returning to your restaurant! I hope this trend doesn't change!! Thanks for caring!

My daughter ordered a plain cheeseburger. It came out with everything on it. We sent it back and it came back almost immediately which seemed odd so I looked at it and they had obviously just taken the burger off and put it on another bun. It still had the mayonnaise on the burger! Thankfully she isn’t allergic to anything so she just ate it. However that is totally unacceptable in my opinion! She could have been allergic and it was obvious that they didn’t care! It really shouldn’t matter whether it’s a preference or an allergy, if an order is wrong it should be corrected the right way. Poor customer service!

I love the staff. GM Terry has made this a welcoming environment to eat at on a weekly basis and I love how they handle major events like the Super Bowl. He has hired the right staff. Part Timers like Kendal and full timers like Hillary are so good at their job and take a personal interest in regular customers. This MAKES us come back just to see them and it helps that the food and Service are ALWAYS meeting or exceeding expectations. I have never had a bad experience here which makes this place stand alone in Greensboro eateries.
