Good food
This feedback is from more than just this visit. This visit was just from two to go orders. Pretzels felt microwaved, very rubbery and cheese cooled quickly and congealed.
My feedback hasn't changed, over the past couple years the quality of your food and service has significantly declined. From multiple wrong to go orders and missing items the few times I've ordered food from you guys, to getting under cooked boneless chicken wings. Sure you've reached out each time but never anything to make it right.
All of this is the reason I no longer visit weekly and refuse to use you for catering my company lunches anymore. The Winston Salem location is better than the Clemmons location but all of them have gone down in quality as a whole.
Our ticket was created at 6:03PM. Our meals were delivered at 7:09PM and were not hot. For example, our beer cheese had a hard film over the top. We did not order the first time our server asked if we were ready, but did not take long after that. We had to ask for a children’s menu (eventually getting our own), a straw for the child’s drink, and plates for our wings when they finally arrived. The restaurant was busy, but I do think the length of time we waited was longer than necessary.
The food is always great! The people and the service is even better!!
Great food, great service, great location
My order was take out. When I arrived I had to wait several minutes before someone came to help me. When he did arrive he was chomping on gum. My order was not ready so I went and sat down. In the meantime I had seen someone bring another carryout order out from the back and place it in the takeout area. It looked like it could be mine. Several other carryout people came and went. That same bag was still there. The young man working takeout then goes over to the hostess stand and started talking with his fellow employees. Someone else came in to pick up their order so I got back in line behind him. When it was my turn I inquired about my order and it was the same order the other employee had dropped off quite a while ago. I did not get an apology. I took my order straight home and needless to say, it was not warm like it should have been,
Food was prepared quickly and correctly. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.
We enjoy the fresh food and faces that come from East Coast Wings. We live 40 minutes away and always make sure that when we are in the area that we stop in for our favorite Wings. The staff is always friendly, the food is always fresh, and i love the perks of my rewards card.

We love East Coast Wings! The food is great, and the staff is wonderful! Hey corporate, listen to the manager Andy; he has good ideas, from experience. If you do not listen to the people who are in the restaurant every day, you will fail. Making decisions from a removed environment of invalid confidence will ensure failure. We have seen this location fail and then try again. Do not let this happen once more. ECW in Johnson City has all the potential in the world. Listening to advice and suggestions is not a weakness; it's a strength. When you think you know it all, especially more than those who are there in the locale day in and out, then you have inflated your sense of knowledge and importance. My family and I go there EVERY week, because of the people and the food...make no mistake that when you do not listen to them and their suggestions from on the job EXPERIENCE you will fail. Is that your goal? Even the large corporation, Eastman Chemical welcomes advice and on the job knowledge from their employees, no matter their level or title, and they are a successful company. We love music at the local East Coast Wings...it's something Buffalo Wild Wings does not offer. Our Wild Wing Cafe offers it, and ask them how it helps their business! Your local employees and manager get first-hand feedback from customers like my family and I. If they pass it on, do not take a "we know more than you" stance. The customers know what they want...and they are the ones paying. Right?! Listen to those who deliver our messages. The Johnson City locale has made a great comeback...but if you listen to them, it could be much BETTER.

Saturday night just me and my son. Great experience. Tiffany was our waitress. She was great. Very engaging. Good personality. Food came out on time and was delicious. Tried drunken apple flavor on my wings for the first time. Really tasted good. Very enjoyable! Keep up the good work!

Quick service
I have always loved going to the restaurant. Food is really good & normally customer service is good. But the last 2 times the service wasn't great. On last visit she didn't bring carrots & celery till after we was eating. We ordered a Margarita & wanted another 1 but waitress never came to check on us. Had to go to the bar but bartender wouldn't acknowledge I was standing there so finally just gave up on a drink. My daughter didn't like her boneless wings because someone just squirted a little bit of barbecue sauce on top. Not even enough to cover them. Waitress never refilled our drinks or asked if we wanted anything else. After our last 2 experiences we don't know if we want to go back. Maybe we just came on a couple bad days.
Is a good option in Waxhaw, especially because we have teenagers!

Better server's and cooks service over all
Service was terrible. We waited for our appetizer(endless chips) for 15 mins and the table beside us who ordered at the same time and got their chips and a refill before us. My burger came out wrong and the rest of the table was nearly finished before mine arrived. We had to ask for condiments and refills (chips and drinks) multiples times before we got them. Plus, all the food was lukewarm. We had to ask for items/sides that came with our entrees but were not brought.
Apologies were given but we didn't feel any effort was made to correct things or improve service.
