With so many choices available you never run out of options to try and then you find something you like so much you don't really want to try anything else from Burgers to Wings you can't go wrong

First time back since it reopened, service was great and food was on point....nice recovery and we will be back..

Monitor the wait staff that is not up to speed on waiting tables. Our waitress Sunday would not check on us as other restaurant wait staff would. She took our drink order, brought our drinks and left instead of taking our food order, it was another 10 minutes before she came and got our food order. To me that is not good service. She was also slow on refilling drinks, I noticed other wait staff members were a little better in service to their guest. Need to make sure they are trained to take on more tables before letting them do so..

the food is so good there but the service is absolutely TERRIBLE
I ordered the grilled chicken sliders with mild sauce with chips. I received the sliders with hot sauce and fries. The waitress took my plate back to the kitchen. They swapped out the fires for chips but insisted that the sauce was mild. It was not and I could barely eat them due to the sauce being too hot. The chicken itself is was so cold that the cheese didn't even melt.
Male Server/Host was very rude to waiting patrons. Young couple came in the first of a group of 8. The wanted to get a highchair and have table ready for the rest of the group. Once he found out the rest of the group was not just behind them he took the highchair back and told them they would have to wait for everyone in the party to show up before getting the HC and table. He then proceeded to have a nasty attitude toward many other patrons. I heard him comment about the couple a few times. I spoke with manager. I would really like to see East Coast wings make customer courtesy a must have trait.
The food itself is always great, however the service continues to get worse each time we go. It takes longer to get the food after ordering (time of day or number of people in the restaurant doesn't seem to matter) and the servers are less attentive.

Customer service needs to be improved. I always have to repeat details for my order like extra sauce, all flats, etc. Also, the last two meals I've had, the waitress didn't apply my points discount even though I requested it. Good food but the staff needs to be a friendlier & attentive.
