More people running the food and also make sure the chips are crisp not soggy.

I could not place an online order. I called for 30 minutes and the line was either busy or it just continued to ring and no one answered. I ended up driving to the restaurant and there were 12 people inside waiting for food.
I heard someone in the kitchen yell out to the staff to not answer the phone.
I understand these are unique times, however people can still be attentive and courteous. And explain why things are delayed or not working properly.
However, our food was delicious. The customer service was lacking.
For my 1st Curbside to-go order, it was just a good as eating inside the restaurant.
I appreciate the staff for their kindness. The restaurant is practicing social distancing by offering take out and not dine in. That's the way it should be until we get through thos pandemic.

Chips were left out of our order. they made a new batch when we got home less than 10 min 1 batch was soggy and the other was ok. Threw the one batch away the second one we put in the oven with the wings to reheat.
Thanks I called in an order. 4/3/20 and it was perfect. Nothing missing and plenty of napkins thanks Randy and the little girl that answers th phone.
Our takeout order took 35 more minutes than they said it would. Employee apologized but made no efforts to make things right.
Chicken was fatty. Could not finish them.
Wings are crazy good
Wings never have enough sauce in them.
We LOVE East Coast Wings in Johnson City! Andy has done a GREAT job with the restaurant. We love the food and drinks. The set up of the restaurant is really nice. Amy is an excellent bartender/server, and Josh is one of the best servers ever. We are so glad that the restaurant is still open for carry out and delivery. We have been eating food from East Coast Wings in Johnson City at least twice a week. Please, keep going and let Andy know he is doing a great job.
The food was good just minor things. The wings weren’t tosssed in the sauce like the one on peters creek. And the fries lacked sessoning
