I’m not sure what the problem is but for my past two orders I’ve called the store and there was no answer. I had to drive there and place my order in person (no access to computer or smartphone). I thought it was just me but another customer behind me said that happened to them too and they had to come in person.
Got take out and wings were tough and dried out.

Friendliness and wings are great
The girls were very friendly. Our order was wrong when we got home, but we did not call back. We had asked for shrimp on the salad not chicken. We can’t wait for you all to open back up.

Great food worked out great for pickup.
Ordered take out the other night... food was good no problems there except one
order was for a Cowboy burger and sweet potato fries. No cheese on the burger
and no dipping sauce as requested for the fries. Also requested some blue cheese
dressing for some wings but just got Ranch. Was not crowded at all should have got this right.

Online orders social distancing great service
Due to the Stay in Place I called my order in and went inside to pay. The young lady was so polite and her customer service was tops. I don't remember her name but my receipt is showing employee #94. Please give her a special thank you from me.
I ordered 25 bone in wings with chilli haberno sauce. When I got home the wings had little or no sauce on them eventually recooking them with my own sauce. Just threw them away and decided not to return.

I tried to call a order in. Your phones would not work. We ordered the Monday wing special.65 cent wings and it cost us 34.00 dollars for 30 wings and chips. You up charged for dressing and we never paid more in house for these. I only got 9 of the bone in wings. Which I paid more for. My co workers have put you on the list to not go back to. That is 3 customers you have lost during a time we were trying to keep your business going.

I ordered 25 wings and paid a little extra to get three different flavors. I only received 20 wings and it was missing one flavor.
We often do take-out. The food is excellent. We love the assortment of wing sauces, though I admit, I do not see an option to order traditional Buffalo-sauced wings. Thanks.
