I felt very good about the cleanliness of restaurant and the safe distancing and Jordan as always is awesome!
Extra precautions were in place to make all customers feel safe. Food is great and reasonably priced!

Well when things are normal and without the coronavirus it was great. Couldn't ask for better service or courteous , professional wait staff anywhere. Would recommend to anyone who hasn't been there.
The staff is always nice. We come there at lunch on our lunch time almost every week.
This visit was awesome I usually sit in the car and my wife would g in and pick up our order from bad pass experience. But I went in had no problems and my order was on point. Taste was also great. I will return but I will also have those bad pass memories in mind.

wasnt impressed with the grilled tenders - jumbo? they looked regular size to me. also, i with the fries were in a separate vented container-some had got kinda soggy. mild flavor? missing. i think ill just try the fried strips next time.

The wings this time were way overcooked. The extra toast was not included, which ended up alright because the slice we did get was the worst piece of cardboard ever. I don’t think there was even butter on it.
We eat here frequently and you never know what level of service or quality of food you will receive. Very hit or miss. Not sure how to fix, assume mostly college students work at this location. Better training for wait staff and cooks, perhaps?

The dining experience was good. I appreciate still trying to provide a good quality experience in spite of all the restrictions being put in place. I look forward to dining in again soon.
Customer service and variety of wing flavors
I ordered curbside service. Pulled up and called store, placed on hold. Ten minutes later I walked in the store still on hold. Only one lady helping customers. Other managers and employees standing around trying to figure out plans when store opened on Tuesday for inside customers. No one offered to help me. Finally when there one working employee helped me, my food had been sitting on the counter. Some of the food was cold when we took it home to eat. I believe my bill was near $70 for cold food and bad service. Again the one lady was doing all she could. When I called the store using different phone, number just rang busy.
Waitress brought our plasticwear with NO gloves on. This disturbed me immensely.
Tables were wiped when patrons finished but the edges of the table were not and only saw seats of one booth wiped down.
Once a lady sat at a table alone ( she did not eat) and after a while she moved to a booth. The table, etc. was not wiped down.
Call in customers came in door and did not always do social distancing. From where I was sitting, at times were only about 2 feet from me and most were not wearing a mask.
Only two waitresses. More were needed
The restaurant was extremely cold. The waitress said nothing could be done as corporate determined the temperature.
It was obvious that everyone was uncomfortable.
Have been a steady customer for a long time but do not plan to return any time soon.
The food is very good. However, all of the waiters and waitresses are what make the dining experience wonderful. They all have outstanding personalities, and they are very attentive.
I sure wish you would add cole slaw, baked beans, and green beans as sides.

Promptness was key! However, my expectation on this visit wasn’t met. My sandwich was quite messy and falling apart as I ate. I expected my sauce on the side but it was on the sandwich which made it soggy.
I love East Coast Wings. My wife and I eat at there venues all the time. I live in Wilkes and would love to have my own franchise there some day soon.
My only complaint was I was unable to add a tip to my takeout order.
