The last two times I have ordered, my order has been wrong. This last time I asked for ranch and received something that looked like just mayonnaise. The chicken on the buffalo chicken sliders has been disgusting the last two times as well. I love ECW but definitely not this location.

Always very courteous and accommodating! The service at this particular location has set them out from other local locations due to the best food service (wait times and quality) as well as pleasant staff!
Great Togo experience
I love East Coast Wings in Hickory. The food is delicious - kudos to the cooks. The wait staff is excellent. But most importantly, the manager really does a great job keeping the restaurant clean (which we appreciate), and the various staffs on point. (When you see a manager cleaning tables, bringing food out, asking customers how things are, walking the aisles (accessible!) - you have happy customers. Great Food - Great Employees - Great Restaurant. Great job.

The burgers were good-- I would suggest maybe putting the same mango salsa from the tacos on the Hawaiian burger (or whatever its called) instead of just the sauce, it would bring out the flavor more. The fries/tots we got had WAY too much seasoning on them. It looks like the seasoning was dumped over them once they were inside the containers instead of coating them like usual so it was hard to eat them. Oh, and bring back the pretzel sticks!! We used to go just to get those and now the bites seem like something someone bought at Walmart and put in the oven.... The pretzel sticks were my favorite!!
