As a Realtor, I always recommend Highland Home Inspections to my home buyers. Andy Vergara is my go-to recommendation for Saturday inspections, especially for my first-time home buyers. He walks through the home with them and thoroughly explains any potential hazards and things that could be improved or monitored. He also does a great job of explaining aspects of the home that are done well. He's very positive and does a great job explaining the important things for buyers to note. The inspection reports are always delivered promptly, and are organized and easy to comprehend. My buyers are always happy with the service Andy and Highland provide and I will continue to recommend them to future home buyers.

The inspector said some inappropriate things to my client
All of the inspectors are very knowledgeable, thorough with their inspections, and always on time. They make the inspection process very informative and explained everything in lay mans terms. The reports are very detailed with Photos and recommendations. I have found their inspections to be above and beyond any other inspection company I have used. would highly recommend them for any type of residential home inspection.
