The office is very responsive. The inspectors are thorough and communicate well with the buyers. I personally enjoy working with the inspectors. The reports are comprehensive and still easy to read.

I always use Highland Home for my Home Inspections when representing a buyer. They are always on time, extremely knowledgeable about residential homes, and always willing to go through the house while explaining everything to the buyers. The report is always comprehensive, with lots of photos and explanations. The inspector will always give his cell phone to the buyer for follow-up questions if necessary. I would not consider using any other inspection company.
