Dan was very thorough and gave my buyers lots of information about the 72 yr old home they have under contract. He explained what issues were safety concerns, what items needed repair, and what required routine maintenance. The property needs work, so the buyers and I appreciated his careful inspection of this home.

Highland Home inspection accommodates clients schedule, Andy inspector explained patiently all the findings. Answered all questions client had. We also got the full report with details same day in the evening.
