Andy was phenomenal! He was very thorough, new his job well, and explained everything in great detail.
Left the cooktop on… sellers were very unhappy. And didn’t explain to client problems on inspection report are very minor. Buyer backed out even though it’s one of the most well maintained homes I’ve ever seen. Not to mention, Debbie is extremely condescending and wasn’t at all respectful to me. I’d never use this company again if it were my choice. Definitely not recommending to any buyers in the future
