Felipe is incredibly knowledgeable and has great vibes. That's the kind of combination I look for when recommending home inspectors to my clients. Someone who can point out the good and the bad, teach how the house "works", but also relate to the buyers to make sure they feel comfortable and do not get overwhelmed with the information.10/10 every time!
