Pest- I like that services are provided and I find close to zero bugs that get in the home. I have found 2-3 in 2 years.
Lawn- I am unsure, I know there are issues with once a week watering but not happy with my lawn but not sure that is on your behalf or not but I have not seen anything I can do to assist other than the water issue. I see a vine type plant growing in my lawn and more bare spots.
