Your staff are always friendly and helpful over the phone and in person. They arrive within their specified time frames. I like the flexibility of having outdoor-only quarterly spraying for bugs, as I don't want spray in my house. Also glad they remove the outdoor spider webs from my house.
The 10 rating is for the pest control. Chris does a wonderful job. He is very professional and pleasant. To tell the truth, he is my main reason for continuing my service with Hughes.
