Caleb is an excellent tech and he really cares about his customers. He is thorough and honest. We trust him and adore him. Kristy has been with the company since Crenshaw and we think she is fantastic as well. Bill is our lawn tech and he always is very friendly and makes sure all our concerns are met and also is fantastic. We have two fantastic techs and we have been with Crenshaw/Hughes for 25 plus years.
I have been using Arrow Exterminators for over a year now, and I especially appreciate having the same technician, Chris, servicing my home consistently. In contrast to the previous pest control company, where I encountered a different technician nearly every time. This speaks volumes about Arrow’s commitment to quality service both to their clients and their employees.
However, I do have a couple of suggestions for improvement. It would be helpful if Arrow could update their email account settings so that messages come from “Arrow Exterminators” instead of simply displaying “chattanooga.” Additionally, I would appreciate it if your system could be adjusted to prevent the duplicate, triplicate, or even quadruple identical emails I receive after each service.

We have always had good service with their field employees. They have always been prompt and professional. Plus very knowledgeable, they always have answers to our questions and have very good suggestions on how we could improve our on site maintenance.
Chris, and the Arrow Office, are always on top of calling to schedule when we are due for an appointment. Service is great. Chris is wonderful person and extremely knowledgeable technician.

Admin staff need to phone their customers before sending service techs onto a property - even if it's just checking on bait stations and such.

I do not need to worry about scheduling they just show up and dust all around the patio area to make sure we do not have cobwebs to promote spiders....and do a very great job keeping all pests away, I have never had one since the day we signed up.
