We want to say that our service rep, Chong, is the very best service person we have ever had. He always calls us a couple of days before to let us know when he is scheduled and be sure it is good for us.
We have a dog that we have to put away, and a chain link fence that I have to unlock before his visit. He always makes sure we know well in advance. And he is very thorough in his work and is always very pleasant. If we rate him from 1 - 10, he is always a 10++!
