The technician who serviced our home was fantastic! . Turns out he was a friend of the former homeowner. He gave great feedback/commentary and let us know what to expect about the circumstances surrounding our visit, realistic and concise expectations as far as our treatment plan went and most importantly He was so thorough! We have had other companies in the past just come in be half hazard in their attempts to control the pests. The technician was obviously well trained and demonstrated knowledge, awareness and proficiency in the treatment process. His character was kind and friendly, professional and we have already told friend about Arrow!
