We have had Arrow since we bought our house, almost 18 years ago. During that time, we have only had 3 or 4 different exterminators who did the quarterly pest control. Therefore, we knew them and had no problem asking questions or getting advice. They were all genuinely caring, prompt, and professional. I have never had bugs in my house. About twice a year I might see a baby earwig in my bathroom but that is all. The quarterly treatment takes care of it completely. I have always been very pleased with Arrow.
