Joe Ruiz is the first representative I have had, since Jeremy (last summer), that actually cared about my perimeters and ask their location. Everyone else has done a slack job and not cared. If Joe manages to follow through with having a manager come out and go over my yard and perimeters and get it aerated where it was supposed to be done, then HE WILL GET A 5 STAR FROM ME.
This entire summer has been sloppy.

The technicians doing the work on our lawn are great. However, not a fan of your billing system. If I leave, it will be because of how you invoice. Yesterday I received two invoices on the same day. I get that you have 'regular lawn service' and special things like aeration and grub treatment. Please have someone review your billing practices!
Trey Perdue has been an exceptional example of a true professional. He's taken a personal interest in helping my newly sodded lawn become a beautiful addition to our home.

This is my second attempt to use TruGreen and I was very skeptical since my last service contract was horrible. And the first day I was already disappointed. He never rang my doorbell and only did a partial part of my lawn. My Ring camera picked it all up. However, I called and spoke with Rebecca who contacted the service guy and had him work around my schedule for that day. Very nice! And Dayton who came to service the lawn thesecond day. So very polite and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and addressed them and finished the job that the first guy didn't do...mainly my back yard. I would love to have him be my regular service guy. I am hoping that my lawn starts to perk up with all of his help. And again, Dayton was far above and beyond any service that I received previously.

Because of your customer service manager Carrie Schubert out of the Ft. Worth office we will continue to use the service and see if our yard condition improves. She responded IMMEDIATELY to a survey I completed and called to see what she could do to help. She has been the most efficient and concerned TRUGREEN employee I have ever dealt with.
