I have been trying for three years to get true Green to do what they are paid to do with very little success. So I requested a supervisor come and look at my lawn to see for their self that it was unacceptable. Well, Carrie came by and discussed a plan to get my lawn to an acceptable appearance, insuring that she will monitor my property every two weeks until this process is complete. This action plan will include a phone call when the bi-weekly inspection has been completed. Carrie has insured me that she will get the weeds in my lawn taken care of. And that my lawn will reflect the true quality of a TrueGreen treated lawn. If and when the commitment that she has made comes to fruition, then and only then will I recommend True Green to my friends. I'm very optimistic.

I would like to praise one of your employees. Her name is Carrie and she is most concerned about her customers and goes the extra mile to make sure we are treated with the best service possible.

DEFINITELY CAN SEE A DIFFERENCE IN MY TREES AND SHRUBS VERSUS MY NEIGHBORS AROUND ME. VERY IMPRESSED WITH TREE AND SHRUB TECHNICIAN SARA CLARK, SHE TOOK THE TIME TO TALK TO ME AND EXPLAIN WHAT SHE WAS DOING TODAY.

I gave a subpar review and the Local Manager contacted me immediately and took are of all my worries and issues and is coming out to look at my yard personally. Carrie is great!

On March 11, my tree and shrub specialist, Sara Clark, made an extra effort to stop and tell me I have wasps in my holly bushes. I appreciate her taking the time to keep me and my family safe from possible harm. She also made sure to tell me exactly how to prepare for the upcaoming week of rain and not to use the sprinkling system. This is very important to me, too, as I am on a fixed income.

Trugreen extends an extra effort to understand customer requirements. Representatives like Carrie are very knowledgeable. The recent visit by Carrie was very beneficial. She inspected the entire property and provided useful suggestions.

Immediate follow up by customer services’s, Terry regarding the fact that the technician did not spot spray the weeds, but used granules only. The reason I knew this is because I have cameras 360 degrees around my home. Terry explained that she will post that notification bill will be put under the map, which I prefer than hanging on my door.

Always good communications with the customer.

Sara explained everything she was doing and what I need to do if it doesn't rain. Sara was very pleasant to work with, she knows what she is talking about and helped me understand what ever I had a question about.

I enjoyed the SAME lawn technician for some fifteen years. It has been disappointing that my technicians have changed frequently over the past five years.

Applications for weed control appear to be working. The gentleman that applies the treatments is always on time and True Green notifies me before he arrives.

Glad we are back on track. Hoping for the best lawn in the neighborhood this Spring and Summer 2020.

Very dependable service!!!

Prompt and consistent professional service. Through notes left at door or personal contact, what they did is fully explained and suggestions for what I need to do as homeowner. Before Tru Green we had a terrible time with weeds. This year as new grass comes up there are only a handful of weeds in competition (we have two large lawns!) And trees are healthy
