Here is what I like about the Exercise Coach Studio. Studies have come to light that the best most efficient way to build muscle and endurance is High Intensity Low Volume training (HILV). This is the methodology behind the Exercise Coach Studio. Since I could not just list one so here is my Top Ten.
1. Maximum Efficiency: HILV training with motor-driven machines allows for extremely efficient workouts by combining high-intensity efforts with quick session times, eliminating the need to switch weights or rest excessively between sets.
