I love everything about the studio. It is close to where I live and run errands making it very convenient. The workout is quick and effective. Most of all the staff really cares about our progress and well-being.
The staff is very understanding and patience. They strive to address any concerns that you may have as a client; even tailoring workouts to accommodate temporary or long term health concerns. They genuinely want you to be the best, your effort has to offer. This isn’t your cookie cutter team or gym.
I started going to The Exercise Coach to build my strength following cancer treatment and drug therapy complications. 20 minute sessions twice per week is doable and yet challenging, and the coaches are there to instruct and motivate. I’ve been going for 2 months now and love seeing the progress I’ve made as I continue to become stronger. This is great for anyone, at any fitness level, who wants to gain strength (and health) without spending hours at the gym every week, or who doesn’t stay motivated working out at home. I feel like it was made for me.

Very balanced approach for body exercises. You exercise for all the major parts of your body. You also keep an eye on your strength with time.

We like the individual care we get. It is really motivating to compete only against yourself and see how much stronger you’re getting in real time. We have an adult son with a disability and this is the only program that has kept him engaged for this long. And of course a perk is the 20 minute workout. You can do anything for 20 minutes. The staff are wonderful!

Amazing coaching and the computerized display of current performance metrics vs past are very helpful. The area is very clean and well organized.
