Very polite and shows that he is not in a hurry, rather he is there to do a complete and proper job and to make your carpet needs more than satisfactory. I had been told by a friend about using Zerorez and how pleased they were. So when it came time, I called. I actually received an appointment for the following day. Service was on time, tech was outstanding and I was sold. I wouldn't think of using any other company.

I can't say enough good things about Zerorez! Your representative on the phone was very nice. The reminder over the phone and by email was helpful. Your employee who came the the house was awesome! When he arrived I had visitors who were just leaving. He was very patient (as I was not quite prepared) and offered to help before he started cleaning my carpets. My carpets were in horrible condition. They are 15+ years old and have been professionally cleaned twice, the last time was about 10 years ago. He was able to get my carpets looking 10 years younger!
