Our serviceman, Spencer worked efficiently and thoroughly. cleaning our upholstered furniture,area rugs and stairway carpet. We were very pleased with how quickly everything was dry- no soggy residue. We also had him take our Karistan rugs to the Rug Spa to be cleaned and repaired. He called me w/i a couple of hours to notify me of the repair estimates. I meet a lot of people in my job and I'll be very pleased to recommend Zerorez!

The carpets are very clean with no harsh chemicals, & no chemical smell. I like the fact that the cleaning is all natural. Spencer was early for the appointment which was good. He was professional and answered all my questions. The carpets came out looking like new and I am so excited and impressed with the quality of the job and with Spencer. He is a hardworking young man, polite, professional and very hardworking. He worked so hard to make the carpets perfect again after the past nine years of nine dogs, two busy children and all of their friends and all of the traffic. I kid you not, my carpet looks like new!
