In the past I have cleaned my carpet with our own machine and I thought it turned out well. However, I didn't realize just how clean Zerorez could get our carpet. With the first patch cleaned you could see a remarkable difference between the cleaned area and the uncleaned area. The technician was very professional and helpful. We also had our duct work cleaned and I look forward to seeing a difference when we start our furnace this winter. Thank you Zerorez.

We have had our carpets cleaned on an annual basis by various companies for the past 15 years. This is the first time we have used Zerorez, however. We made our appointment using the online site, never spoke to anyone, and at the appointed time our technician was here. The technician inspected our carpet, made a few suggestions, and went about the business at hand. The technician was knowledgeable, personable, thorough and professional. The first thing we noticed that was different from other cleaners was how rapidly our carpets dried. Other companies often said carpets would be dry in 24 hours, when, in fact it was more like 72. Also we noticed the carpets literally felt as they did when they were new. Zerorez! We will only have our carpets cleaned by Zerorez in the future.
