Only negatives were: 1. I wasn't home when I told Aaron how many stairs we had and over estimated by three so paid an extra $12 dollars (no big deal, that was my responsibility) and the van Dan was driving is leaking oil or something and leaked in the driveway.

On time..knowledgeable tech (Ben). Offered additional products, but not at all "pushy". Finished in record time...cleaned up and was on his way!

Patrick was a delight to have in our home! He was great with the info, helping us decide which route to take for the cleaning, and quality of work. He was very professional, courteous, wearing a uniform, clean cut and in a great mood. This was surprising to us, because his last job he had was large which put him behind getting to us. But with a smile on his face and a great mood he still took the time to answer all of our questions. Even though he was starting a job at 5:30pm, on a Saturday night, at a place that's well over ½ hr NW of the outskirts of Spokane way out in the woods. The carpets looked great once he finished! After they were dry they were soft almost like there was fabric softener used but all he used was water. He put a topical treatment on for the pet odor and cleaned that out, also helped me move some furniture to clean under it, then finished with a fragrance plus a protectant. We were very impressed!

Your cleaning products/procedures are great, both thorough and carpet friendly. Complementing the quality products, is the quality of the staff. Carlos Lanzano was the Zerorez technician who cleaned our carpets. He was professional in every way, made good suggestions,
explained different options and just did an overall excellent job. I highly recommend Zerorez.

The employees are always very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They arrive on time, wear protective booties, and ask before they start what I want done and if there are any problem spots. They tell me ahead of time if there's anything that will add to the quoted cost (like pet stains, protective finishes, or stairs) so I can make the decision to have it done or not. I love knowing my carpet will dry quickly and not have soap residue. Our carpeting was installed when the house was built in 1998, and still looks great. I attribute at least some of that to the clean process Zerorez uses.

Carlos was very friendly, informative, and efficient. Carpets were cleaner than with other services.

The young man who did the cleaning was very propessional, and thank god he did not hound me constently for additional services..I order what I want and thats it.You have cleaned my carpets of 3/4 years and as long as the service remains the same I will continue to use your service....

The service tech was great couldn't of asked for someone better he was very respectfull and did a very good job gettong the spots and smell out. He definately knew what he was doing and will ask for him the next time we have it done. The products were great nobody else has anything close to what u guys have. We were very impressed with the end result. The carpet came cleaner than we thought it would and cleaner than any other service we've used in the past!! We were amazed by how soapy the water was after he was done because of the residue that was left in the carpet from previous cleanings (something we had always heard about that wasn't good for the carpet). We will definitely be calling them again for future services!!!!!
