Your service person was professional but equally friendly. I have worked with the public for over 35 years in very different job fields. Not only do I gauge personnel and their employer by what the body in side a uniform or the product they use but can they communicate with their client. If the rest of your crew(s) do their work like the young man that came my home, your company will will do well.
Oh, by the way; I'm pleased with the way our carpet came out. We had some very tough spots that cleaned up or faded noticeably. Good cleaning product.

We like the fact that the carpet is not drenched with water. Also, the service was fast and courteous and there was no strong odor afterwards. Our cats are happy, too! We will call you for our next carpet cleaning without hesitation. Thank you!

Great service and easy scheduling

very hard working young man, very clean home, very low chemical odor. Vent cleaning system is impressive with the rotating brush. Only issue is that all the metal vent covers have black scum on them and I will have to clean them sometime. I wonder if the person could use a spay and rag or something to do that before they leave the homes? Thanks a lot. I have already told a few folks about you.
