The guy showed up right on time. He was very nice. He helped me move some of my furniture. My inlaws showed up while he was working and were impressed. They booked an appointment with him while he was here.

I like the lack of water residue. With prior cleanings we have had to wait for a day for everything to dry out and it also left the building very humid. Not the case here and we were able to get on it almost immediately. Also, the tech came back withing a few minutes of us calling the next day to take care of some touch up items. It was a good experience all in all.
