Our carpet had quite a bit of traffic stain. Carlos (I think that was his name) told us that if there wasn't a protecter sprayed at the time of service, it was likely that the carpet would take on that shade because of the lightness of the origional carpet color. He was very knowledgble and decided to use a different citrus based cleaner and recommended that we apply a protectant spray after the carpet was cleaned. He told me upfront what the cost would be and then proceeded to clean. All the stains were removed and the carpet looks like new! Great Job!

Appreciated the very professional handling of appointment and confirmation of arrival. The technician didn't waste time, presented a full and itemized plan, carefully attended to my concerns, and accommodated the working space for an area rug that needed to be treated in the driveway. The rugs look great, problem areas addressed, and rooms dried more quickly than I anticipated. Good people, professional staff, good service and products.

At first I had my carpets cleaned and I was very dissapointed. I called Zerorez and explained my concerns. They were very happy I called and wanted to be sure I was happy with their service. So they sent out two experienced team leaders (vs. the 19yr old inexperienced guy) to come and reclean. I was very impressed with the carpet cleaning this time! They got all the stains out, except the piece of carpet that had pet odor in it. I had to rip this piece of carpet up. So they gave me a $100 credit to my account for the extra I had paid to remove that particular stain. So next time I use Zerorez, I will be compensated! Thank you Zerorez for making me a happy customer!
