We like the prompt service, the environmentally friendly products that are used to clean our carpets, the courtesy of the technician, the advice about certain problem areas, and last but certainly not least, the price. Need we say more? We love Zerorez! PS: the first time we used Zerorez was after we bought our house. The previous owner had two dogs so we asked for the ducts to be cleaned out. The tech said there was a lot of dog hair in the ducts, and we definitely noticed the difference in our home atmosphere after they were cleared. Thank you, Zerorez!

We were surprised by the lack of strong, offensive odors. The technician (David) was outstandingly friendly, courteous and professional. He explained each and every procedure and answered all questions in a polite, concise manner. He also had a great sense of humor.
After he left we were somewhat concerned because the living room carpet began to show waves and ripples. We waited overnight before we moved the furniture back into the living room. By morning the carpet had leveled out and we had no further concern. We were surprised that the whole operation didn't take as long as we thought it would. Not a bad experience at all!

I like that you are Eco-Friendly and that the applications leave very, very little residual that must dry before putting furniture back in place. The two step cleaning looks so simple yet it was very effective on the most dirtiest rug we have. Could not believe how the dirt and the spots, we feared would be near impossible to eliminate, came right up. My wife and I are sold with who you are and how you do your job. You delivered beyond our expectations.

I thought Grant did an excellent job and he was great. The carpets looked great but the only thing I was hoping for was a small place under out hearth that he treated because of our cat and the smell is still there - I had hoped for it to be totally gone. Other than that I be a return customer and this is not my first time having my carpets cleaned by Zerorez.
