all your techs are very educated and dedicated to doing a good job, and being helpful to the customer. They are pleasant and call when they are heading you way.

I do not like your scheduling. You need to have a person answer the phone. You need to be more specific with the appointment times, not a 2-3-4 hour window.

First service person was a little inexperienced. He did a good job of cleaning the air ducts throughout our home. However, he missed some dirty spots on my rug and left a few water marks on my wood floor. A more experienced service person came to my home and completely cleaned the areas missed. Zerorez has a great product for cleaning rugs, our rugs look like new. Their service people are very professional and polite.

The technician came out to give us a bid before cleaning, which was great. I wasn't expecting them to then be able to clean the carpets that same day, but they did. The carpets were in our rental house and were pretty trashed. They were so bad, I thought I would actually have to replace them! But they came out looking so WONDERFUL! I could not be more impressed!!
