I thought the young man who did our home, Patrick Geiger, was so friendly and did just a great job. He explained everything and got some stains out and he really worked hard. He really sold me on the product and I have told everyone and after he talked to me I decided I will get it done every year...can you remind next year? Our carpets look amazing!!!

The supposedly "new product" to pre- treat the dirty carpet before shampooing. Mine was extremely dirty in the dining room and Carlos assured me the carpet would look good when finished despite the carpet being very light in color. He was right! I am very pleased with the outcome.

Robert cleaned the carpets well, was professional, and explained everything about what he was doing. When some dirty spots remained after the carpets dried, I called the company and a technician was promptly scheduled to come back to re-clean the areas that needed it.
