The price was good and the Tech was very honest about what he could do and what most likely wouldnt work. Carpets were longer drying than I thought they would be based on the radio endorsements I heard.

The fact that the carpet dries so fast.
My carpets were very clean and the employees were professional anc curtious.
Did not leave everything wet and off-limits for a period of time. Pleasant workers. Went the extra mile because of my limitations from a bad leg--moved a few things that I could not do ahead of time. And put them back.

The technition was very professional and knowledgable. He took care with my home and furniture while doing a great job cleaning my carpets. I especially appreciated the padded weather guard taht was put on the front door to keep the cold air out during the process.
I have had some pet issues that make me cringe and they always seem to make it okay for me. The technician calls me while he is here if he has questions (because I cannot be there due to work when they are scheduled for cleaning)and I really appreciate that vs. other companies that leave you a note then YOU have to follow up. Their receptionist Christy is a sweetheart and Tyson, the tech is great !! Over the past few years I have only had two different techs here and I get my carpets cleaned 4 times a year. You are obviously doing something right to be able to keep your employees around. Thanks for everything !!

I really liked the "green" aspect of the cleaning, but in general, I was just really happy with the service guy and the cleaning of our carpets--they look great!
