Our tech was incredibly helpful in suggesting the best treatments to remove stains and odors from pet accidents, yet have a safe surface for our new baby to be exposed to. He was incredibly insightful and fair; our carpets have never been cleaner! We cannot sing enough praises to zerorez! Thank you, thank you!

Prior to calling zerorez, we got three estimates from other companies. For the same small project they were well over 200.00. We decided no to have the carpets cleaned. Then due to an issue with one of our pets, I just went online and scheduled an appointment with you.
I was pleasantly surprised at the low price and at how BEAUTIFUL the carpet looked. As of today, none of the spots have come back. I will not use any other carpet cleaning business.
We also have a rental and when it's time, we will use zero rez for that as well.

Mike is a very good service rep for your company and works very hard. I agree that the traffic paths are very hard to clean when the fabric are very worn and damage. It took the second cleaning to make the traffic path cleaner although still visible. I would recommend Zerorez but not light carpet.
