Careful inspection before cleaning and discussion about problem areas. No BS about plan of operations.

But surprised about high additional cost of materials suggested to block potential after-smell dealing with pet stains.

Attitude of serviceman was appreciated.

First time in eight years at this address carpet cleaning service was overall satisfactory.

YOu were able to spray disinfectant between my carpet & pad to kill any bacteria that might have resulted from our recent water backup which got onto the carpet. Carlos gave me good advice on how to handle my clean-up before you arrived so I would get the best results. Thanks. You don't leave much moisture in the carpet & you are a truck-mounted service that uses super-hot water.

What do you like about our products and services?

I loved the friendliness of the technician and extra care that was taken to ensure our property was not damaged, such as putting plastic corner protectors where needed. I appreciate Zerorez for not using harsh chemicals and once our carpet was cleaned the house smelled citrusy and fresh! Our carpet looks great again and I will always use only Zerorez from now on!

The technician was very knowledgeable and gave me some great advice on caring for our new "shag" carpet. He was very nice and very professional. I love the fact that you don't use chemicals,the carpets are spotless and smell fresh, not like cleaning solutions. My carpets look beautiful.

Everyone we have ever spoken with has been very professional. Everyone we have had clean has done a fantastic job they stand behind their work. We do property management we work with a lot of subcontractors and cleaning and maintenance people and I would very very very much so recommend Zero rez here in Spokane
