I was in the middle of a house move and my phone messages got crossed. I was not at the house when the cleaner showed up. I was in a panic, called the office, and they made sure the cleaner showed up at a later time. This was perfect as I wanted the carpet looking nice for the new owners.

Your service man Cory was very clean and presentable; the water that was spilled (normal spillage from hoses) was cleaned up quickly. He had me look at the carpets to make sure they looked good and i was very pleased. Cory was a very nice young man and did a good job.

Our carpets are ten years old. We have had our carpets cleaned pretty regularly because of having dogs in the house. This is the cleanest our carpets have been. Zach was very friendly and professional.
We've had Zerorez several times over the years. Besides the nice, clean carpets, the service techs are extremely nice. Great experience.
I was very impressed with the rug cleaning process. I have rented rug doctor many times and the Zerorez process is superior. Using treated instead of tap water really makes a difference in how quickly and efficiently the rugs are cleaned. The Technical was on time, professional and knowledge about all the processes. Based on how the rugs were cleaned, I would also recommend them for tile and air duct cleaning. Mark Wood
Technician was very nice, very helpful. When I asked about tile cleaning while he was cleaning my carpets. After cleaning the carpets he gave me a demo on an area of tile and it looked wonderful. The grout which had been grimy was now clean. He was able to clean my tile area for an agreed on price, then he sealed it when finished cleaning. Carpet and tile in one day...Yay!
