Fast, and no mess left behind

My carpet looks better than I remembered it could. Brian Borden was truly a professional, explaining to me how the Zerorez system works, and what I can do to eliminate my little pooches oops. He took time to do exactly what I asked, and I will definitely call Zerorez again. Thank you for being a company I can rely on to do what they say they will do, in this day and age that doesn't happen often. I have been hearing on the radio with Jay & Kevin that August special is a spot kit, can I purchase that or does it only come with the special? Clean/fresh smell of products

I had my carpet previously cleaned by another company but several spots did not come out. Zerorez got rid of the spots. The staff put booties on when they entered my house and answered my questions.

Pet treatment

Our carpets were almost dry when our technician finished the job. Two rooms and a hallway were completed in approximately one hour, including the "Scotchgard" (my term) application.

Great at communication throughout the process.
I had selected the 4-8pm time frame for them to arrive as I work during the day. They called at 3pm and said the tech was ready to come over. I explained I could not be there until 4pm and they waited. Sort of disappointed with this but a minor detail as early is always better than later.

Very customer-service orientated: easy to use web site; great friendly person answered the phone and assisted with questions; gave me a two day reminder phone call and I'd requested a 20 minute 'warning' call before the tech would be there so I could run home from work and they did - so coordination was perfect! Tech was very nice and explained the process and other available services and costs; used corner guard protectors, and as advertised, even the little booties! I stepped outside to do other things while he was cleaning and came to get me to have me come back in to see the before/after difference on the living room carpet as it was like night/day !!! That was proof there! Yes, I am very pleased and will use their services again!
