I have used ZeroRez twice. The first time was to clean my condo rugs and get rid of "doggie smells". They came back until it was clean and fresh smelling, all for one price.
I used them again to clean the condo carpets. The techs were on time, friendly and professional. I will refer all my friends to them. The products they use dry quickly and do not leave that "sticky" film that almost seems to attract the dirt. The rugs are clean and fresh smelling. The prices are competitive.

We like the idea that there is little residue going into the carpet or upholstery and the Zerorez technicians were courteous and knowledgeable. They completed their work in a timely fashion and gave good instructions.
